Neck: Wrap a tape measure around the base of your neck, just above your collarbone, and ensure it is snug but not tight.
Chest: Wrap the tape measure under your armpits and around the fullest part of your chest, keeping it parallel to the ground.
Sleeve: Extend your arm straight out to the side, bend your elbow slightly, and measure from the center back of your neck, over the top of your shoulder, and down to your wrist.
